Villa Dodici is a newly built two-storey house of 500 sq.m. with a 35 sq.m. swimming pool (can be heated upon request at an additional charge), just a few meters from the sea, which can accommodate up to 14 people. It is located in the seaside village of Panormo, a picturesque fishing village, 21 km from the city of Rethymno.

Villa Dodici is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 14 people.
It has 6 bedrooms, with double beds measuring 2×1.60 and single beds measuring 90×2 m. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower, 32-inch TV with satellite channels and Netflix, air conditioning, wardrobe and mirror, beautiful and comfortable decor designed to relax you. On the ground floor of the house, guests will find 2 bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, and views of the sea and pool. Access to the ground floor bedrooms is without stairs/steps. The ground floor also features a large open-plan living area with a lounge, dining area, kitchen, and separate laundry room. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, a 60-inch TV with satellite channels and Netflix connection, a fireplace, and stunning views of the pool, garden, and sea. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances, hobs, oven, dishwasher and provides everything you need to prepare and serve your meals. It also has a bar area where you can enjoy your drinks. Finally, in the open space there is a large dining area that can accommodate you and your family or friends.
The balcony, surrounding the ground floor, has direct access to the pool and garden, a comfortable outdoor lounge, and wonderful sea views.
On the first floor, guests will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom is 35 m² with one double and one single bed, an armchair that can be converted into a single bed on request, its own fully equipped bathroom with shower, a desk, a 32-inch TV with satellite channels and Netflix connection, air conditioning, and a balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. The other two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and a bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and a balcony with stunning views of the sea and pool.
In the basement of the house, you can spend endless hours relaxing with your family or friends, as it has a pool table, gym equipment, a 60-inch TV, and a minibar. On this level, there is another bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, air conditioning, and a separate bathroom.
The house has sun loungers and high chairs, which are available upon request.
